“This 6-part class was a great course to take! Even if you think you know a lot about new homes and the builders, you can still benefit by reinforcing what you learned in the past and adding to it with more current information. They covered everything from understanding blueprints to the terminology for the stages of building, plus negotiations and the specifics of a builder’s contract vs what RE agents are used to. Each class was quick but long enough to pack in the info, plenty of care was given to answering questions. Every single instructor provided their personal info for future questions!! Money and time well spent!!
