1. Keep an eye on the shifting market – Be honest with your clients regarding the shift in market but decide how much you should share so you don’t come across as overly pessimistic.
2. Change your career with three letters – Instead of being a “marketing expert”, be a “market expert”. Drop those three letters and analyze what kind of market you’re in.
3. Accept the clients you know you can help – Be aware of clients that want to tell you how to do your job and want to be in control. Prefer clients that need you and that understand market momentum and are open to your plan.
